Stallion Ad for BHN - need help with size!

Ok guys, I have a question for anyone on here who might have put an ad in the BHN. I may not get any replies. Im designing an ad for a friend. BHN sent us their kit which gives detailed instructions. However, I'm having trouble with the size. Im using adobe InDesign which allows for a "bleed" but the demensions are confusing me. Not sure what to set them at. Does anyone have experience with his? My next step is to contact BHN directly and see if they can just give me the size I need.

Bleed refers to the area that is outside the printed page which will be trimmed off - typically 0.25in. That's how you get full-page prints that don't have margins around the outside.
What dimensions are they sending you?

In the kit it says:
Bleed - 9.125" x 10.875"
Trim - 8.875" x 10.625"
Live Area - 8.375" x 9.875"

This is what InDesign gives me. Where do I put the values?

Here ya go. Mine is set to pixels but it'll convert to inches automatically.
