Member Posts: 48	Its that Time again!! How is everyone going to get their exercise in during the week working 8-5 jobs?? Anyone have horse walkers?? if so how long do you keep your hose on the walker to have them exercised??

Good Grief! Posts: 6343 Location: Cap'n Joan Rotgut.....alberta	Not much changes for me..i just keep riding..i get home at 510 and im at the barn by 525 and i ride the 4yr old first in the hopes i will have a smidgen bit of day light left....and then i ride the other 2 in the pitch dark....M

Professional Amateur Posts: 6750 Location: Oklahoma	My biggest issue is getting the Child Gone Wild outside to help with the chores that need to be done! I am blessed and have a lighted arena, but I used to plug in some big lights I picked up at Wal-Mart and ride close to the house. I also have a walker (25 to 30 minutes on teh walker) and if it's wet I put a round pen in the inside of my barn. I have NO EXCUSES, but I still don't get my riding done!

I still try to get some riding time in, but if I can't - walker time works. Not the best, but at least they've had enough exercise they'll be good. Ponying behind a 4 Wheeler works too. I love the 4 Wheeler this time of year. They can work long lines that way.
