Spoke with my chiropractor who is also a nutrionist and he put me on a product called Total Female.

I also get my vitamins from him.  OTC from WD made me want to upchuck.  What I get from my chiropractor I can handle.

The Total Female (all natural supplement for balancing hormones) really helps me out.    I call them my 'do not kill' pills as I was really starting to have some 'anger' issues over nothing.

I have been in the menopausal state here for awhile and sick and tired of it.. theres a thread on here that sure could some some of those pills, LOL
