Location: Somewhere around here		I know a lot of barrel racers like forward hung stirrups but why? I come from a riding background of English (or at least I was taught to have a very aligned seat) so whenever I see a barrel racer with forward hung stirrups it just looks uncomfortable and odd to me lol.

Location: Wisconsin		The forward hung stirrup made me ride with much more confidence. Getting my feet behind made my body feel like i was going over his head now and then!, Especially if you have a horse thans runs up and rates hard
