     Location: SW North Dakota | I started taking Cur-Ost a few weeks ago. I am trying to drop my winter fluff weight, and had been losing about 2 pounds a week. Until I started Cur-Ost. Nothing else in my program has changed, except daily Curost, which I sometimes use as a meal replacement. In three weeks, I haven't lost an ounce... in fact, I've gained a pound! I often feel bloated, too. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm still about 11 pounds (now 12) from my goal weight, which isn't extreme, just barely "normal" for the BMI charts. |

| I am taking the Ultimate, but for health reasons not to lose weight. It has really helped me. I am confused as to why you would use it for a meal replacement or to lose weight. It isn't designed for that. |

     Location: SW North Dakota | I wasn't using it as a diet product, I was using it for muscle aches and "old age." I am trying to drop 10 pounds, too. So, if I take my Curost in the morning, I generally don't eat breakfast. I started a clean-eating and lost 7 pounds. Once I started taking Cur-Ost, the weight loss stopped and I actually gained a pound, then the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this... |

        Location: Where the long tails flow, ND | I don't know anything about the Human version but with my horses they all got FAT because they are using things properly....perhaps you are now too?? |

      Location: NE Texas | I take the Ultimate and the Immune daily as well. I eat decent and am not really trying to lose weight either. I sure don't feel bloated on it, if anything I find it keeps me more "regular". My hubby said he pooped an "incredible hulk" turd the first week on it, which was improvement over his usual IBS emergency situations. HAHA Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Sorry, i'm no help here. I don't eat breakfast typically....just chug my mix in the mornings first thing, and then have a snack at about 10 of some nuts or fruits. |
