Just wanted to take a minute and thank all of the contestants that supported our show this past weekend in Waco, Tx. We had a great race with lots of fun. We are already gearing up for our next race in Abilene on April 8-10,2016. Please remember that books for pre entries close on March 23,2016 and take a minute to look at our new rules that now allow you to vet or dr release out of our shows for any reason. The only requirement is to notify someone in the show office or myself prior to the first horse running that day. You will receive 100% of your entry fee back plus any stalls that are not used. Your only gamble is the processing fee which by the way is less than the late fee should you wait and late enter. I would like to also point out we have now also added exhibitions to our Friday schedule. We will have open arena from 9am to 11am on Friday and then start exhibitions from 11am to 4pm. Exhibitions will go on sale at 9am on Friday in the show office.

Look forward to seeing you in Abilene, come join in on the fun and I will bet that Jim will have plenty of games to play during the big drags.

See you there

Chuck

Great race! Thank you.
Just wondering why the closed gate? Some horses clearly had issues stopping
And that place has enough room for an alley. That way you don't have to stop quit so sudden.

Mr. Dunn. Had my entry blank filled out ready to send, Mom got sick had pneumonia was in hospital all week, I got ear and sinus infection. Kay had to come up and help me and sisters with Dad and staying at hospital. Wish Abilene race was outside pen, will skip this one hopefully the next HAVE A BLESSED Day,!
Just a note: all the local barrel associations at Abilene have moved over to Sweetwater facility , because of the missmanagment and non upkeep at Abilene facility

I have tried several times to book the Sweetwater pen but have not been able to work around thier schedule they already have in place. The open dates either are on top of another barrel race or in conflict with a show we already have on the books. I had thought that I would move the Abilene race to Sweetwater but just can't get it worked out and I am a firm beleiver to not book on top of someone else at least on purpose.
