| As the subject says if you had your choice which one would you pick? I've got a really wide through the ribcage horse and trying to decide which one to take a gamble on.

Location: In the Hills of Texas | If you have aches and pains I would go with the Sibley. The adjustments on the fenders are unique and can make most anyone comfortable in the saddle. I also feel they are a better quality then the Circle Y's and have a better re-sale value. JMHO |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | You need to try both and I would bet it would then make it an easy decision. My sister in law has very bad knees and as soon as she sat in the Sibley she knew she had to have that saddle. |

I ride a Tammy Fisher treeless ... because that's what my horse likes. |

Location: ARKANSAS | i ordered a sibley and rode in it 15 minutes and boexed that thing back up and sent it back!!! i ride the JBN i own 2 of the, its all gonna fall back on what is most comfortable for YOU and your HORSES!!! For me it was the JBN!! |

Location: Moving soon..... | I went from a Tammy Fischer treeless to the new Martha Josey Legend. I love it! It rides better than the treeless. You sit deep and very comfortable.

I actually did the same thing with the Sibley as it was a defective saddle and it threw one leg forward and one back. I took it back to the saddle maker the next day. Then I bought a used JBN and it was also defective, the tree was crooked and I sent it back the next day. Nothing beats my Caldwell and is the only saddle I will never sell. It no longer fits my horse so I went with a wide tree Jackie and it fits my needs for now. |

I tried the Deb Sibley and while I thought it was comfortable, it was not wide enough for him and made him really sore. So I sold it. I know they say it is a "treeless" but the tree is made of a flexible metal tree.. or something like that. So if it is not wide enough for your horse, it can apply pressure points.
The Just B natural, never ridden in one but I have sat in one. Very comfy! But it Really it depends on what works for you and your horse. |

I have 2 Deb Sibleys, they are not treeless saddles, they do have a tree, its a Ultra Flex tree there is no metal tree in these saddles.. And they do make them in a wider gullet, if you have the standred and feel like you need a wider fit they can make your saddle to fit a wider horse. |

Location: Salem Ky | I have a JBN. Love the way it rides. But it is falling apart. The screw keeps backing out by the pommel. And the nails at the front of the seat is doing the same thing. You would think for an $1800 saddle, it would be better made. I contacted Circle Y. They contacted me back. I sent them a picture of the plate that has the serial number on it. Haven't heard back at all. Even with another email to them from me. |

They only make a 7" gullet, that is their "wide" fit. So keep that in mind, if you have an extremely broad horse. |

| the debra sibly is a very balanced saddle, i loved it on my h runners hard runners, but i retired my hard runner and had a bunch of saddles i had a week monent and sold it to an older lady she loves it. |
