Location: Displaced Iowegian | There are a lot of things to do on the grounds. They have buildings of vendors, a big Carnival, the Indian Village, Frontier town, Parades (every other day?), a Pancake Breakfast and, of course, the rodeo performances and nightly entertainment. Be sure to take a stroller for the baby…..LOTS of walking. I am not sure how the parking works. We always parked “on site” since my son was one of the Chairman. There are several really nice western stores in town. That being said, the motels, etc raise their prices to double or triple the normal rate during CFD so you may want to look at staying in Fort Collins. Here is a link that may help you........ http://www.cfdrodeo.com/schedule/ |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I grew up there :) I bet there is a website that has their schedule. You might want to make sure you all have hotel rooms asap as it might already be too late. They have a lot of parades, pancake breakfasts etc. Frontier park will have Indian dances, carnivals etc etc besides the rodeo. |
