I tried it when I had Beachbody On Demand and it's honestly fun!  I'm not a dancer, but you get so in to doing the steps that I was dripping sweat at the end and didn't even feel like I had been "working out".  It's easy to follow also.  I have the 21 Day Fix DVD's but I would subscribe to Beachbody on Demand now instead of buying the individual workouts.
