I started using a slow feed bag...no hardware to scratch the trailer....

I have yet to find one that didn't do some amount of damage. Even the slow feed ones with no hardware leave marks on polished aluminum from swinging back and forth.

Its not pretty but I bought some thin, cheap floor mats for a truck. Cut holes in the top and tied behind my hay bags with hay string. No more scratches or clunking noises, the can be easily cut down to a smaller size to be less of an eye sore.

Pro Choice came out with scratch free hay bags. I bought mine from Katies Coast to Coast. She's a board buddy, give her a shout.
