| I have been battling strange and random bouts of nausea with and without headaches for several months. Food allergies have been ruled out as the episodes are so random and my diet is pretty consistent.
Does anyone here have knowledge about any natural remedies for this type of thing? I am leaning towards DoTerra, but wouldn't know what to purchase.
Thanks guys! |

Location: Never in one place long | I use young living oils and these ones are recommended for nausea...
•Peppermint.
•Ginger.
•Lavender.
•Roman chamomile.
•Cardamom.
•Coriander.
•Fennel.
•Nutmeg.
I rarely have experienced nausea so not sure if they work but you could try... I know I LOVEEEE peppermint, I use it for stress, congestion and to relax. |

| I love essential oils! It is tricky trying to decide which ones to use and varies so much from person to person.
I buy from plant therapy, great product and amazing customer service.
I used the Immune Aid Synergy this winter. It kicked those yucky sick feelings butt and literally wiped out headaches in seconds (for me anyway!). One off the main oils was Frankensence, it's a pretty interesting oil after reading up on it.
I also love a blend containg the Peppermint, it is super relaxing and releases tension.
I'm not really sure about nausea, but Mint is said to help. I'm definitely not an expert, but I'm a believer that oils help and if not at least you'll smell good!! Lol! I hope you find a remedy that helps! |

| Peppermint is great for nausea. I have terrible sinuses and allergies, so I would be pretty nauseous during the livestock show season. I was sucking on Brach's peppermints all day. I didn't know about oils then, but I use them now. Peppermint oil is really strong so a little goes a long way . Ginger was another one that works. Also, peppermint tea or ginger tea are good. Personally, I like the teas better for nausea. But it is a very individual thing. |

Location: California | If you're anything like me, you'll get what you think you need at first, and then end up with a whole collection! lol. Love everything!
My Top doTerra right now are:
Breathe On Guard Lavender Frankinscense Peppermint
Here's one I haven't tried yet, but might help...Arborvitae. Says it protects against environmental & seasonal stress (allergies); powerful cleansing & purifying agent & naturally repels insects.
Cardamom may be helpful for upset stomach or occasional indigestion.
I would definitely take a look at the website. Each oil has a description for what it can be used for. |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | I use oils as I'm allergic to most meds. I don't get sick to my stomach often but a month ago I did and I used Peppermint and within 15 minutes it was gone. I use Young Living Oils. |

Location: run2win land | I use doterra. For nausea I suggest digest zen. With it being headaches and nausea, I would be contacting chiro for being out in the neck. Past tense is also a great option for the headaches. Headaches/migraines can trigger the nausea. Private message if you need additional info. |

| I can't answer your question as I am not an expert in oils or have your problem, which I am so sorry you do, but I will say Do Terra oils are very good. I have used them for years & they are good for what I need for me. Hope you feel better soon. |

Location: Piedmont, OK | I use young living oils kind of the same thing. I used to have horrible heartburn that omeprazole. I started using 3-4 drops of peppermint oil and a splash of aloe vera in my chocolate protein shake every morning and it has disappeared. |
