With God all things are possible

| There are two types of people in Scripture and even now still in this world: those who run from God and those who run to God. These two types of individuals are the focus in Psalm 70. On one hand we have those rebelling against God by seeking the demise of His people. On the other hand we have the people whom God has redeemed. These call out to Him for Deliverence. They realize that they are spiritually bankrupt and in need of salvation. Their cry is v1 Make hast, O God, to deliver me! make haste to help me, O Lord!
The question we must all consider is this; Have I come to understand my need for Jesus? Each of us must answer as we make our way through this life. When you see that you need Him, you can then cry out to Him to deliver you.
The Pslamist cried out for the quick salvation of The Lord, and in his cry we find the desperation of a sinner for the graceful touch of the Almighty. In this hour, admidst the craziness of life, people need The Lord, O GOD,DELIVER US!
Those who are rescued by God and seek His glory can say in the face of hard times, that they " rejoice" in Him v 4 Let all those be turned back because of their shame, who say, Aha, aha!
True gladness of heart is found in The Lord alone. When temptations come and tribulation is all around, there will be little room to rejoice in our situations. When the culture becomes more and more godless, there will be little room to be glad in our environment. But in spite of our situation and environment, we STILL SERVE A GOD, WHO HAS DELIVERED US from sin, death and Satan. Because of this, we REJOICE and ARE GLAD. HE ALONE BRINGS US JOY!
Sometimes it seems as if the world mocks us at every turn. This is the life of a disciple. Yet we are encouraged to see the face of God even when the world mocks us. We are to seek God's glory despite the fact that our adversaries seek our demise. Our cry must be, " LET GOD BE MAGNIFIED!" We ned to ask ourselves; Is He being magnified in my life? Is He being magnified in my family? Is He being magnified among my neighbors? Is He being magnified among my co workers and friends?
There are adversaries all around, but let us seek the glory of The Lord and all the exaltation of His name above all else. He has rescued us so that we can go about our day magnifying His precious name.
For it is WITH God ALL things are possible,

Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You. Lay Yôur hand of healing comforting grace over my Mom Virginia Proctor, going in this morning for test on kidneys, Richard Durden in hospital, Connie Cunningham, complications still after gall bladder surgery. Shelly Griffen and family, Grandmother Marie passed to Our Lord. And so many others Lord You know their name. our Leaders of this nation, Father, Lay Yôur hand to guide and deliver In the Mighty Name of Jesus My Lord and Savior I pray all these things AMEN

| PRAISE GOD!! THANK YOU JESUS!! Moms test on kidneys and bladder ALL good!!! Took her off one blood pressure medicine causing too much potassium in kidney, making ankles swell. THANK ALL for prayers. Have a VERY Blessed Day! Taking dad at 2:45 today to dementia dr checkup. He is doing so good,praying good checkup. I came back home going to ride 3 horses get stalls cleaned . My day is FULL!!! | |

Well dads checkup didnt happen, his appointment was at 2:45. We left house got there at 2:35 receiptionist said be hour or hour and half. I said NO. Our appointment is 2:45 it's 2:35. You can call me when time for doctor to see my dad. We left took them to eat, got gas for moms car. They never called, went back at 4 pm we were already in town. They said 40 more minutes NO I said cancel appointment and when and if my dad needs see dr I will call for another appointment. Took dad home 4:30 he was worn out. | |
