Location: Mississippi		Researching hay racks for my barn and wondering what you guys have found works best.  I don't really like the bags unless travelling and would like something more permanent for my stalls.  Looking to minimize as much hay waste as possible.  I was looking at the feed/hay feeder combo from Valley Vet or the Hay Hoop - anyone use either of these?
