Any suggestions in dealing with a dog having leakage while sleeping, or laying on the floor? Medications that work?

Have her checked for bladder infection.  Try to get a urine sample and get it tested.

Proin works to strengthen the sphincter tone of the urethra. Also, DES (a type of estrogen) is used often used also. I would rule out urinary infection first though.

Not meaning to alarm you but when my Chubby dog did this he had diabetes.  I hope this is not what is wrong with your baby.

We had a female dog (RIP molly) that leaked sleeping and laying down. My vet said it is common in spayed females, gave us some pills, which I don't remember the name. There was a loading dose and then just one pill a week for the rest of their life. It worked and she didn't leak again.

We use PPA or DES (phenylpropanalomine and diethylstilbestrol) for urinary incontinence in dogs. These are for estrogen responsive bladder leakage seen in older female spayed dogs.

I would suggest getting the dog looked at by your vet to make sure that's primarily whats going on, and there's not and underlying endocrine disease thats making the dog urinate more frequently. It's fairly common in female dogs who were spayed young to end up with urinary incontinence, but you want to cover your bases.
