I just recently purchased a Triple Creek. Who all rides one? Pros and Cons? How should you place it on a horse. Seems like they sit up over the withers?

I've had one since 2009. Mine has been great, but I wouldn't buy a new one.

I have 2, unsure of the exact years because I bought both used. The one with more wear has the gullet and seat size stamped on the latigo keeper, the other one has not. Not sure if anyone can give you more info based on that as to how old they are.

Both fit the horses I have now well. They are full trees. I had a semi bar for a while that pinched badly right under my leg, I did not have an especially wide horse at the time.

I really like the way they ride.

I have one that I like a lot. I've had Crates, a few Cactus', a Billy Cook for a very short time. My horse is slim built and it fits her well. Narrow through the seat, which took some getting used to. I like that it's lightweight. It's very pretty and I get complimented on it often.

I absolutely love mine! I have owned all the top name saddles...caldwell,martin,cactus,circle y,crates! I found a newly used and bought it! It was the full bars and extra wide best saddle I have owned! It's lightweight, comfortable and fits my horse great! I actually ride better, the saddle really fits the horse and we have been hitting the 1d! Oh and i have the stingray seat and its not slippery at all! Everyone will have different opinions but im very happy with my Triple Creek, mostly because my horse was so hard to fit (thick running bred Quarter horse) and it being comfortable for the rider, was a plus!

I have two different ones.  Got my first one back in 2008.  Used to ride in them exclusively.  But my gelding kept filling out and getting wider and they just weren't fitting him correctly.  Have since switched him to a Circle Y Tammy.  But do ride my other gelding in one for now.  I really liked the way the saddle fit me but it wasnt' until I swtiched to the Cirlce Y did I see just how badly it was hindering my horse.

I got mine made in 2009. It fits my two main horses and it's held up really well with daily riding. It's the only saddle I have so it's gets used a lot!
