..........passed away at the age of 60.  We all heard on the news about her heart attack but she didn't survive.

I am a huge Star Wars fan.

I was never a Star Wars fan but I was a big fan of Carrie, she was so down to earth, and I watched all her interviews, she was so cool and loved that she always had her dog with her, I m truely sad over her passing she was just to young..

I has the sads. Huge Star Wars fan here, and she was a very cool lady in real life.

My kids, being kids, were like "oh no, that's so sad". Moment of silence...then "what are they going to do about the sequels?"  So I told them since the movie people could cgi her 19 year old face into Rogue 1, there is still A New Hope.

So sad, I knew she had a heart attack but I hoped it wouldn't be fatal. I remember the first time I saw her in Star Wars----boy do I feel old. RIP Princess Leia.

Think about it. What are the odds? Carrie dies, and her mom dies the next day. Debbie Reynolds was America's Sweetheart back in the day. I loved her in "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" and "How the West was Won".

2016 has been a bad year for my family and it's going out in a horrible fashion for some of America's favorites also.

Debbie Reynolds was one of the last of the great 50's movie stars........I believe Doris Day is still living but she's in her 90's.

Singin' in the Rain.....she was 19 years old and had to start from scratch as a dancer with the greatest dancers in the business Gene Kelly and Donald O'Connor.
