The bars are designed completely differently than a regular saddle tree , they displace weight better because of their shape and fit a wider variety of horses.

This is what I've been told. The issue I'm having is my horse is slightly downhill and a normal tree is distributing the weight too heavily on her shoulders causing her to dump on her front end some which is causing front end soreness. I try to keep my weight shifted as far back as I can but during a run sometimes I get too far forward on her.

Turnburnsis - 2017-05-22 3:15 AM Had mine a couple months and love it even more and more!!! I am very secure in it but yet doesn't trap you in saddle and I can move easily when need to! Love way better than a Caldwell! and so does my horse! Have learned that they don't all fit the same even if same tree. I was so very lucky that mine fit perfect! This is my forever saddle! Never selling!

Wow! I forgot that I started this thread! I cant believe how long it has been since I got this saddle! I still love it to this day!  I do have it for sale but only bc I had to retire my horse.  I DO NOT WANT TO SELL!  but it is too big for my other horse. and the crazy thing is he the one that had kissing spine surgery!

Im thinking very seriously pulling the ad! Maybe the saddle will fit him once he healed!

My other problem I have is I have a deposit with Robbie on a saddle that he did a saddle fit on horse before we found out that he had kissing spine and I love his saddles too! Robbie was sooo gracious to let me wait til horse is healed to make saddle for him.

there part of me that maybe with lots of time the other horse be ok.....

I cant sell it! Im pulling the ad!  I should sell to help pay for surgery and get the other saddle from Robbie.

I dont know whats wrong with me, Ive never had trouble letting go of something material! My Purdy saddle had feathers engraved into the leather and I had it painted by someone special.  I really love my saddle! I ride in it really good too!

thats it I'm not selling!!!
