I have followed it and love how I feel on it. I eat jello with no sugar in it to curb my sugar cravings... zero carbs!
I live by myself and cook for myself...On Sunday I pick out two or three easy recipes, go to the grocery store, and most of the time make them in the crockpot. I don't buy ANYTHING I can't have, but keep low carb snacks around so I don't go crazy.
I then have choices in the fridge ready to heat up, works great! Pinterest has been my best friend and I find myself excited to go to bed just so I can drink my bulletproof coffee in the morning! I follow all sorts of girls on social media, see what they're doing and take what I like, leave what I don't. If you've never given up carbs it may seem hard at first but it helped me tremendously when I realized it was my body, not me, that was craving carbs and I just had to ride the wave until it was over! It gets easier and once you figure out what works and what doesn't work for you, it's an easy diet :

Okay I had never heard of Bulletproof Coffee until I saw it in my cookbook but he didn't really talk about it just that he likes to have that for breakfast. I just googled and OMG that sounds amazing and I could sure use the energy mornings are not my most favorite time of the day!!

I'm doing Keto! It's changed my life!! I have struggled with binge carb and sugar eating most of my life....for the past 2 weeks I haven't craved it and have been eating under 20g of carbs and less than 5 grams of sugar a day! The key to Keto is healthy fats....I count macros on Myfitnesspal. I've lost 10lbs and have energy and focus like I've never had! And I can eat cheese!!
