Subject: First barrel race

This will be my first barrel race of the year! I haven't ran at a show since summer because I had to go back and fix some issues but it's all great now! My trainer will be with me but would still like some advice on how to keep myself calm (to keep my horse calm as well). When to warm up and getting my horse ready. Could use all advice I could get!
