Fuel tank leak on 2002 Dodge 1 ton

Can any of you help me answer this?
I noticed a leak under the fuel tank on my one ton dually. It's diesel fuel!
3/4 of the tank looks saturated. ... with drops of diesel falling every minute or two..off the bottom of the tank...
Being a little person I got up in between the side of the truck and the frame.. I looked right at the top of the fuel tank. It's dirty....saturated...been leaking a while..I believe there's a split in a fuel line over the tank.
My question is.. I've had one mechanic say he can get under the truck and just drop the tank to fix it,
and I had another tell me he's have to lift the whole truck bed off to access the fuel tank.
Sounds like a lot more work, and money ..
Who's right?

Both are right .... use the guy that is going to drop the tank ...
there are 2 rubber flex hoses outside the tank connected to fuel pump ..
then if it is a fuel pump leak .. he is half way there to change the pump
These videos shows the two choices ..
easier to show you than tell you ..
REMOVE TANK
After removing hoses and disconnecting there are only 2 bolts holding
the straps on to remove the tank ..

3rd video

TILT THE BED instead of taking it off ... 3 bolts at front and 2 half loose at rear
The guy that wants to remove the bed completely must be a ford/chevy mechanic

I have a 2004 f350 and had to take the bed off to replace the tank.
