For those of you that have or had horses with navicular changes and are barefoot and sound. How are you trimming?

It's been a long while but I just had my vet consult my farrier and they worked out a plan for him to be barefoot. Couldn't tell you what they did but he was "sound" and ran just fine. We kept an eye on him and did check ups often to make sure the trimmings were helping and not hurting.
