So I got to go to Texas for the American.  First time in Texas.  I saw so much stuff!  Day 1, we arrived at midnight and drove straight to a bar to meet up with our friend.  Closed it down at 2 a.m.  Day 2 we went to NRS for some shopping.  Ended up buying the same shirt Lisa Lockhart wore during her runs at the American.  How did that happen?  Did the golf cart tour around the ranch.  Wish someone would build that covered arena in Missouri!  Then we did some cowboy stalking in Decatur, Trevor Brazil, Tuff Cooper, Fabiano Vierra, Roy Cooper.  They all live on the same road!  Then I got to visit the facility at Outlaw Equine and even met Dr. Harvey and shook hands.  Wish someone would build one in Missouri!  Then we went to the stock yards in Ft. Worth.  Please don't build one in Missouri, that place kicked my butt.  Closed it down at 2 a.m. Day 3 was the American.  I'm a huge football freak so just being in that stadium was pretty dang exciting too.  The American was a blast.  I was even on TV after the shoot out round of the barrel racing.  Day 4 drove back to Missouri.

I can't wait to plan my trip for next year!

Trever is married to Tuff Cooper's sister. That is why they all live on the same road. Meant to add, glad you enjoyed yourself. Texas is wonderful and the cows think it is heaven. I thought I was going to have to move to Costa Rica if Hillery was elected. Fortunately, that did not become necessary.
