I have a mare that has the worst case of thrush and an abscess to boot. What is better for soaking... cleantrax or white lightening? Or something else?

we use cleantrax all the time at the clinic, so that would be my choice

I used cleantrax and it worked BUT it's kind of a pain too. My mare is thrush prone & has to be constantly treated to keep it away. Pulling her shoes to soak her feet gets old.
I have since found something really simple that works great - Tomorrow cow mastitis treatment. It comes already in a syringe and is easy to apply. I applied it everyday for a whole box
(probably two weeks
) and now I treat once a week or so to keep it away. The friend that told me about this only treats her thrush prone horse every 6 weeks when her farrier comes.

Best thing I've ever used is a mastitis treatment for cows that you can pick up from TSC. It's called Tomorrow. Vet recommended it and it cleared it up within a few days.

I can honestly say this stuff cleared up my gelding in one week and haven't had a problem since!

This stuff is the best! Used it once, didn't think it would work, the next thrush was gone! I went and bought more and keep it on hand at all times!!!
