Location: Slipping down the slope of old age. Boo hoo. | I've had the coverage for many years. It has been great! Would not haul without it. Was stuck in a small town in the middle of nowhere at 9 p.m. on a Sunday night with a blowout -- in less than 45 minutes help had showed up, changed the tire and had me on my way. I had three horses on the trailer. |

| I've had it a couple years and had to use it once. Had a blow out on a busy freeway in the middle of nowhere. It was at night, and I had to wait a while, and in the end I had to pay some, out of pocket, because it was over their coverage amount. I'm still very glad I had it! |

Location: Bandera, TX | I had it for many years. Used it a couple of times, because my SO locked the keys in the truck...
And they came and towed my truck to the shop once as the rock squirrels chewed through some wires at my house.... |

Location: CTX | Have had it for years now, and had to use it twice last year. Both times they were very easy to work with, even though both times was on the weekend.
And both times the first question was : "are you and your horse in a safe place?"
No way would I be trailering without it. |

Location: Missouri | I don't but a friend does and she has used it a few times and now they are denying her service. They suspended it due to overusage I guess. She had a run of bad luck with her truck and trailer and called 1 too many times. |

| I have only had to use it once but it was GREAT! Quick and kind service. I was in my car at the time and they came out no problem and had me back on the road. |

| I have had USRIDER for years and have used it several times. It is great help. This summer I went with some friends to pick up a new horse. We had a flat on their trailer. Long story short--they sent a very nice young man out to do an unlock on a Monterra. Did I mention it was HOT. The guy was rather surprised but he did change the flat. The person on the phone knew it was a HORSE trailer. It was pretty funny but worked out ok. |

Location: southeast Texas | I am on the negative bus. Had a flat on a major interstate right out of a large town. Called. Said someone would be there in 45 min. 30 min later called said it would be another 45 with a didderent carrier, 45 min later called said they had to get someone from Houston area to come and it would be out of pocket over $300. Needless to say I did not renew |

Location: NC | Have had them for about 5 years. The first time we ever used them though it was through a friends plan, who was with us, on my horse trailer. We had a flat on a major interstate and they sent someone out and changed it. the 2nd time was a transmission issue on my truck while towing and they were good about it, but the company they called made us wait a while. The last time was last summer my truck lost power steering (luckily at a rest area). I called AAA first since wasnt hauling and they told us they would do 2 free miles to an approved mechanic. Then when we called back to remind them it was a dually and bring a bigger truck they told us they dont touch trucks 2500+ up. Called usrider and they had someone out with 40 min. Love usrider
