Location: USA | I saw a post the other day on Facebook where one of the pros would wrap her horses legs after each run with a cotton cast wrap then saturate it with diluted Draw it out then wrap in plastic wrap and standing wraps. What are everyone else's go to method to help prevent inflammation and soreness in the lower limbs? |

Location: Kansas | I strip leg wraps IMMEDIATELY, rub legs with Sore No More cooling liniment, walk the horse out, and about 20 minutes later, I'll put my Hidez ice socks on and fill them up with ice. Super easy! |

| Untack, cold hose for 20 minutes, then poultice legs, wrap with wet paper bags and standing bandages/no bows for 12 hours. Unwrap, hand walk 15-20 minutes, and then BOT or PC Theramic quick wraps if away from home. If at home we forego the BOT/PC wraps and have pasture time instead.
I also spray the body area with a liniment after a run. |
