I'm always looking for new recipes!  Post your all-time favorite Thanksgiving or Christmas Recipes for side dishes.

Here's one I like a lot, it usually disappears fast!

Cranberry-Apple Sweet Potatoes
2 18 oz. cans drained sweet potatoes, cut bite-sized
21 oz. can apple pie filling
8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp apricot preserves
2 tbsp orange marmalade

Spread applie pie filling in 9x13 rectangle pan.  Put sweet potatoes on top.  In small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, preserves & marmalade.  Spoon over sweet potatoes.   Bake @ 350 uncovered for 20-25 minutes.  Serves about 8 people.

Thanksgiving food is my favorite. My moms broccoli and rice, my grandmothers dressing and corn casserole! I seriously could just eat sides!

I always look forward to Thanksgiving just for the three layer jello salad =p It's a bottom layer of pretzel crust (pretzel and melted butter) then a layer of cool whip and cream cheese mix, and a top layer of strawberry jello with strawberries =] mmm

Can someone tell me the name of the fudge from the old days lol- when there used to be only tow to three flavors- the fudge I'm trying to figure out is almost the color of peanut butter or maple fudge but it not those. My aunt used to make all time when I was a kid, and no I can't ask her. So does anyone know what I might be talking about?
