Anyone ever use them? They look like an alternative to SoftRides. I am in search of something to help when stalling on concrete while at overnight runs.  My only concern is the 90 day warranty is voided if used with metal shoes. Since I shoe my horse I would like to hear some affirmation before I jump in and buy some. Thanks in advance!

I currently am using the Cloud boot on a mare with very sore feet at the moment. They have made a huge difference for her. She went from limping to running around like a colt this morning. It took a few days and she came out of it a couple times but her feet have grown enough since her trim Monday before last that they don’t anymore, even with her playing in the pasture with the other horses. I have leased them from my hooftrimmer and have ordered a pair for her.

Do you use them with metal shoes on? I am wondering how they hold with shoes.

I also use EasyCloud boots but none of my horses are shod. My mare had a foal on her side that I weaned at 4 months so that I could put the mare down as she was miserably lame in the front (pedal osteitis). I am on the 2nd set of inserts and can tell you the boots have worked miraculously - she is not running but she is now able to cock a hind foot, and she has bucked and jumped around with weather changes. It seemed to me that shod feet were ok with the Easy Boot Cloud .... I probably wouldnt worry about the warranty but be sure and get the boots large enough that the hoof with shoe will easily slide in.

This mare is barefoot and my trimmer doesn’t shoe, so I am not sure about that. She did say they have good customer service.

Your warranty will be void if you put them on a horse that is shod. With that said, I still use mine on my shod horse and they hold up pretty good. They do have a slight impression in them, but it hasn't torn up the insert at all.

That is exactly was I was hoping to hear! Thank you!
