I'm not wanting the english type with padding, just wondering if anyone knows of a decent legging for barn chores/daily riding that's not super thin like lularoe or others. I bought some $10 pair at Target but they are paper thin. Thanks!

Yoga pants from meijer. Thick material and comfortable to work and ride in. I have had some of mine for years and they are still holding strong.

Walmart danskin brand makes exercise ones. I wear the capris in the summer...much more comfortable to ride in than shorts!

The Avia brand at Walmart are also really good! They're $10-15.
I usually ride in my gym pants, and my favs are from Victoria's Secret but they are pretty pricey.

I LOVE my Victoria Secret Yoga pants for riding and doing absolutely everything in!
And in the winter, it's fleece lined leggings!

Kerrits makes great riding tights. The little knee patch some have, or the grip accents helps with wear and they last a very long time. I get the ones with the pocket on the thigh that is perfect for carrying my phone.
They have some made with the Ice Fill material that truly is cool and comfortable in summer.

I second the Kerrits comment. You can get good riding tights that aren't as thick as breeches. I ride in a thin pair when it's warm and a fleece lined pair when it's cold. I ride a lot of distance and prefer tights over jeans any day! Riding tights have leather patches that help protect the inside of your leg which I like. The only downside in the summer is mosquitoes have an easier time biting through tights or leggings than denim.
I also have a pair of yoga pants from Walmart I ride in at home. They work just fine.
