Location: Missouri		I'm 57 and do it to remove fine lines.  She really doesn't plump my lip, just  sorta like the outline of your lips.  Yes, it stings alittle but I think the injectable also has a little litacain (sp) in it so as she goes, the pinching is a little less painful.  It's not intollerable though.
You shouldn't have any bruising, but you will have swelling so be sure to ice and don't even attempt to drink out of a straw, lol, you can't get your lips around it for a day, lol. 
If you ever get fever blisters or cold sores, whatever you call it, you are likely to get one so watch for that as well.

I’m 24, this would be the first time doing my lips. I’ve done dysport in certain areas of my face. I’m going to tell them as natural as possible I just don’t want to see me gums when I smile

What do you mean you don't want to see your gums when you smile? I got my lips done to help with fine lines around my mouth. It didn't make my lips bigger. Is your objective to have bigger lips?
