I thought this usually happened closer to 2? His actual birthday was the end of May, but I found a molar (or premolar, I will admit I don’t know the difference) that is most definitely his. My other horses are all in their late teens, this was obviously a small, hardly used tooth. He’s in a field by himself so it’s unlikely he got kicked.

Is it normal he’s already losing teeth? My other youngsters I didn’t start finding teeth until they were closer to 2.
