I am so confused now. I was told the same. But now I am so afraid of sending the originals. They seem like they are misplacing paperwrok left and right.

Right!? I took pictures of all the paperwork... but the originals are in an envelope on the counter.... staring at me. Daring me to send them in. Lol. I’m scared.
I'll do mine if you do yours! LOL. I am on the same boat. I have two set of them to mail but I am not sure I want the transfer that bad... both horses are geldings and chances are they will always be with me but at the same time I would love to chance both their names and put them under my name... I sent all the paperwork with a copy of the papers and payment. They sent me a letter saying that they need the originals in order to process it BUT they kept the payment. CRAZY!
Sent my registration in November, got the Dna kit back, sent the sample to Davis and the card to Aqha. Got a letter from Aqha on Monday saying they haven't reced the Dna results back yet, and they will cancel her registration if they don't receive it within 60 days.
so I've called 3 days in a row, each time they say leave your number and your call will be returned in the order it was received. The first day that was over 24 hrs later, I missed it were in a different time zone, next two days I missed the callback as well.
Thats besides a Pssm test that I ordered for another horse over 2 months ago, still haven't received that.....

I have been a lifetime member forever and registered many foals. My daughter joined to register the filly from last year and it has been a complete nightmare. Of course she tried online in a timely matter they kept needing more which we had sent in the first time. After numerous calls they are saying they did not receive payment so wanting to charge us $170.00 instead of the $35.00. We explained the cc number was sent to them in the beginning. Well they told us they wiped the slate clean when the new program started. I honestly think someone did not do their job and finish what was inhouse before this happened but is that our fault. They were very rude in the phone conversation acting like we were just newbies and rules had to be followed. Still pondering if I will even register this gal since she is a keeper after all of this! Not a big timer in the breeding world but expect fair treatment.
Did you print or save your receipt? That would be proof of payment.
AQHA is now complete mess. We have registered 20 - 30 a year for years & had no problems. THis last year has been a nighmare. I can tell you story after story of problems we had. Last year we registed 20 foals and had probelms with about 1/2 of them. 2 we still haven't got back & they have been at their new home since the end of Sept.
ANNNNNDDDD have you tried to register a 2019 foal on line yet. IT IS NOT user friendly.
I know that they have hired extra help and approved overtime. I just wonder what caused the madness. They say the transfer to the new website. It obviously is not working properly.. There is no telling the kind of chaos that is going on at headquarters. I pray for those trying to get it straightened out. I am betting what we see is only the tip of the iceberg.
