I tried it once, thinking it'd be like sipping on soup broth (yum) ... it's not.... at all.

Yes to this. It's rather gross. I make mine homemade, but it's not at all like I imagined it would taste.

I usually save mine for recipes vs drinking it. It adds a great flavor to dumplings and chicken noodle soup but I can't bring myself to drink it by itself....bleck.

I make my own. I have an instant pot and I use my soup shanks from our beef or other bones whatever I have. I make a pot full of it then let it cool and freeze it in 2 or 4 cup batches. Then when I make my hambuger soup or whatever I add 2 or 4 cups in. I tried drinking it no way I cant lol, eww. I do LOVE the flavor it puts into my soup though! Everyone loves it. as far as if i notice any benefits- not really because I don't drink it every day. But I figure a little here and there is good. I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon.

Costco sells an organic premade bone broth and it is rather delishious IMO.  It was in the frig section by the yogurt I believe, I cant remember the brand.  Also Lono Life makes a packet version that you can add to hot water that is also tastey.  I like keeping those in my desk at work.

I can’t comment on human usage of bone broth.  My two spoiled Boston terrors get their dog food soaked in bone broth.  Their coats and muscle tone look amazing.  My vet comments on how healthy they look.  I guess after seeing how good they look makes you wonder if it’d be good for me too?  I’m unsure if I’d take culinary advice from my dogs though!  They have questionable tastes!!
