Currently have been wearing Justins the last few years and they all seem to rub the inside of my calves and I am sick of it. Any suggestions?

I cut mine down the front and back v about an 1". 

I found that tony lama san saba line are wider in the tops! Those are all I wear except once in a while i'll buy some justin boots bent rail collection but then I have to go to a C width. both are pretty comfortable and last me about 2-3 years. I'm pretty hard on boots i think!
