For Platinum Performance.  (Want2chase3's Chewy post made me think of this.)   When I got my email saying that our auto ship Equine CJ had been delivered to Lake Village, I knew something wasn't quite right--we live in Portland!   I called PP and Jacie told me she would check in to it.  She told me that no matter what, they would get my bucket to me and make it right. (I told her they did nothing wrong!!)  She also asked if I had enough for our horses til she could straighten everything out.  I told her I thought so--but she insisted on sending 2 to 3 days worth of individual packs for all 5 of the kids anyway!  Long story short, our original bucket and individual packages arrived the same day--even tho the address on our bucket was the same as always, FedEx dropped it at a random house in Lake Village!  No fault of theirs, but PP shipped CJ to us to cover any missed days and also got in touch with FedEx and stayed with it til we got the original shipment.   They've been wonderful for the many years I've used them, even sending me a condolence card when Dan died, and they just keep it up.  Really appreciate companies that still care about service

I had a nice experience with platnium perf also. I put my mare Heidi on their skin & allergy every spring through fall cause of her allergies. Last year I ordered my jar & it was delivered when I was in town. Saw the box's, yes boxes at the gate. I thought, wait I only ordered 1 . They had sent me 2. I checked & I only was charged for 1. Now I could of been a puke & kept it, but no I woun't do that. I called them & said, you guys sent my 2 jars of it & I only paid for 1. She put me on hold & came back on & said, we are all shocked at your honesty. Other people would of just kept it & said nothing. We want to to keep the 2nd one just because you were honest. I was so surprised. I very much appreciated them. Their product really helps Heidi. I hate it when she itches  :(
