Our air is crap right now, we've got tons of smoke and my horses have had some respiratory crud this summer. 

What do you use in your nebulizer for smoke and bad air or just for normal maintenance ?

I got the silver horse care nebulizer, the little bit I've used it I've mostly used the nebulize equine solution that came with it. I haven't used the colloidal silver much then my vet mentioned not to use it. I didn't get a chance to really question him on it. I need to call and ask more questions on it. 

I did get some albuterol, I haven't used it. They are 3ml, do I mix saline with it or just do the 3ml. I usually do 10-15ml's of the solution.

So what is everyone using, how much, and how often do you nebulize?  

Colloidal silver, and they also get it fed to them. Pretty darn amazing results!

Cheleated silver or colloidal silver with acetylcestine or Flonase mixed with it.

Where are you getting your collodial silver?

Thanks for all your responses. I was a little surprised when my vet said not to use collidal silver in the nebulizer. Another vet said he's never heard of it causing issues.
