My gelding has Long Digital Extensor Tenosynovitis.  He has quite a bit of swelling but no pain, its basically just cosmetic.  Vet had us cold hose and use dicofenac on it, which really didn't do anything for it.  Wondering if an ice vibe boot might help?  Or just not worth spending the money on trying to reduce it since its cosmetic?
