Anyone give these a try yet? I love the design. I ordered a pair but just the fronts for now. If I love them, I'll order the hind set. I used iconoclast last weekend at this clinic .. the ground was deep and we spent hours riding I found the iconoclast too bulky and my boots were full of sand half way thru I took them off. I had an older pair of CE legacy in my trailer so I used those on my 2nd day ... when I took them off, ZERO dirt and way less sweat on the legs. So I decided to go on back to the CE.

I got those for my most recent set... for the front only.  I prefer a taller back boot so those are the CE tall hind.  I like the idea of the iconoclast, but I too feel that they are a bit too bulky.

I really like the flexions.  I can't say for certain that they keep dirt out any better than regular legacys though.  I will say that I feel like they would be more comfortable for the horse while still offering the protection.  Maybe I keep boots longer than I should but the regular legacys seem a little stiffer after a while.  I haven't experienced that with the flexions.  They seem to go on a little easier and I feel like I get a good fit the first try vs the regular legacys where I'd strugle a little more to make sure I lined it up just right.

I know it's not a brand you are asking about, but I bought some of the new Professionals Choice 2xCool this year. One of the pens I ran in shortly after I got them was sand sand sand! The stuff that just sticks to boots and gets absolutely everywhere, and you have to wash your boots when you get home. There was ZERO sand inside the boots; even the hind. Even for 2 barrel runs (double header). I was so impressed.

I actually have 2 sets of those and I do like them except I'm finding that my horse is an in between on the size. It's like the large is a tad to big and the medium is way too small I don't get the fit to keep the dirt out and I have a little gap on the top. The original CE seem to fit him great so I'm hoping these flexion boots fit similar.

I've never had a pair of CE boots that really fit. I used Professional Choice for many years but they went cheap with dye. If I forgot and left boots drying on the gate, they would fade out in a day of sunshine. ?? Im a big fan of Top Hand Brand boots. They fit. The patterns and colors don't fade. They run cooler than other brands and don't allow much if any dirt to get in during runs. No. I don't work for them.
