Warrior Mom Posts: 4400	Anyone use one on the horse overnight? It's finally cold enough it won't make my horse sweat. Going to be in the high 30s tonight. He's in a stall. I'm wanting to use my BOT blanket on him overnight. He's worn it a few hours at a time without an issue. I know there is an "introductory " period to build up the time it's worn. What's the deal with that anyway? What could happen if it's worn "TOO long " ?

Witty Enough Posts: 2954 Location: CTX	If he has worn it before you'll be fine. I only use it when we go to multiple day races overnight (and only when it's cooler) when my horse is stalled. And he usually wears it from my last check at 11pm till 7isch when he gets his breakfast. But he has worn it longer if it was cool enough without any issues. I also use hockboots and regular boots when stalled.
