I would say they're slow but what catapulted FG to top of the sire list is when they Myers started crossing him in race bred mares.

That one in particular should have enough speed and cattiness to do whatever you want.

Are you asking if they are slow to mature?

IMO---I think this is something that has been repeated and repeated so many times on the internet that people take it as fact---I do not believe it is. SX Frenchmans Vanila that reallt put FG on the national stage was not race bred on bottom, was there some run there---certainly, but not what I consider race breeding. What say you Amy Schimke ?

Slowed his way to being a $15 million dollar sire and sent countless horses to the NFR and huge futurity/derby wins?????‍????

Come on, people. This isn't even a discussion.

Any horse can be slow.

I have a daughter of Ivory James o/o a Tres Seis daughter that's the biggest plug I've ever rode and I'm not gonna say they can't run.

I've also had a couple  DTF and a couple Tres Seis that couldn't run  and I'm not gonna say they're slow either because of that.   ??
