Hello,

Hello has anyone suffered a pneumothorax (collapsed lung) from a wreck? Myself and horse fell behind second barrel during a practice run last week and I suffered a collapsed lung and had to have a chest tube put in. I'm on the mend and have returned to easy riding.

I'm intrested in hearing others experiences on competing after such an injury and what if any risk mitigation measures are out there to prevent it from happinging again such as strength training, chest protectors etc.?
