Location: Wishing on a sunny island.... | When I was a kid, I could sleep anywhere. My brother even proved this to my mom by getting me out of bed and putting me in the middle of the kitchen floor (cold tile). I slept on. LOL Now, as an adult, I have alot of trouble going to sleep and sleeping thru the nite. I have to have it completely black in my room and I have to sleep with a fan so I dont hear noises. I sleep lighter than I ever did as a child. I think having kids myself has something to do with it, but geez, I need my sleep. LOL |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | I wish I could sleep through the night as well. I'm usually awake by 2 or 3 and watch TV. I'm hoping as soon as my baby is born the aching back and uncomfortable feeling will go away. That'll be replaced by a crying baby at least for awhile. lol |

I hate to burst your bubble Splash, but "awhile" is a lot longer than you think. My daughter is 14 months & still wakes us during the night for something or other at least 4 of the 7 nights of the week. She does sleep in her own bed, but we don't REALLY get a good nights sleep.
By the way, congratulations on the baby! It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really don't mind getting up with her (at least until I have to get up for work LOL). |
