| I was taken for my deposit this past spring with Horsein' Around. I've used them for the past 7 years and always loved the haulers, but the office seems to have gth. I still cannot get a return phone call or email.
Montana Express had a trailer ready for me asap when I finally gave up on Horsein' Around, but my mare seemed to have gotten too close to foaling so I opted out of transporting her. Montana Express will be my 'go-to' shipper from here on out. |

Posts: 20575 Location: LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN | A person I sold a horse to used COWBOY EXPRESS to ship the horse from myself in Michigan to them in Florida. The guy showed up 3 days late...there was NO communication unless I called him (and he was not always available). Seemed like a nice guy once he finally showed up but waiting 3 days and never hearing anything from him was inexcusable. |

Posts: 149 Location: where the wind never stops | We always have used Teeples Horse Transport out of Willard UT. They have hauled a lot of horses for us back and forth from MT to OK/TX. They have been great to deal with and the horses show up just like you put them on the trailer. If they are running late they always call! I give them 5 stars. |

Posts: 20309 Location: Bennett, CO | Had a good Friend Use Lady L Transport out of Salisaw OK. (Aka Lady L Ranch)
Horrible trip, Horse arrived 2 days late, had her head SNUBBED to the tie ring, and had not drank any water, on the trip which was set for a 10 hour haul that turned into 2 days. This incident is documented in John Lyons "The Perfect Horse" It was also documented by a veterinarian that had to treat this horses wounds as well as offer IV fluids.
I had to haul the horse from Parachute, CO to Oklahoma. This mare was a dream to haul prior to this, but was a nervous wreck following the transport, and still has hauling issues.

Posts: 10090 Location: In the middle of what matters most. SD | I've shipped a lot of horses and my best hauling experience has been with Montana Express.
Rockin J Horse Transport and Red Tie are two other companies that stand out in my mind as being great with communication and good with the horses.
Miller Farms Equine Transport also went above and beyond when I had a rescue mare that was too thin to haul.

Location: Beggs, OK | I used Travis Pursley to have Wally hauled from Southern California to Oklahoma and was very pleased. He is very nice to work with and was extremely reasonable on his rates. Wally arrived in great shape for such a long haul. http://www.pursleyranch.com/ |

Posts: 803 Location: South Central MO | I used Wingstransport for a CA to MO trip. They were going to show up for p/u every day for 7 days. Then they arrived on a Monday evening instead of Tuesday afternoon. They had all my numbers, but I never received a call, I had to keep calling and was never aware of their arrival until the barn owner called me. Then the check was made out to the transport company and the driver gave me grief about it not being made out to him. They came highly recommended, but I'll never use them again. |

Posts: 1234 Location: Cecil, Pa | I recently used National Equine Transport, I can say never again... He was given excellent references, I called them... He was to pick up one day showed up three days later supposedly d/t breakdowns... then my mare was supposed to be a straight shot up here and well 36 hours later of being on the trailer here she came at 1am. It was a 15 hour trip.... Nice guy but no thanks.... There are people out of Texas I will look for their name, and a guy and boy out of OK that were awesome I will look it up! |

| We have used AAA Horse Transportation, Equine Express and Travis Pursley. We are located in California and have shipped in and out all over for several years and have never had any problems with these haulers. They do a great job! |

| I have used TripleHHorse transport out of Oklahoma several times, they have also helped out moving a couple of dog across the US for other people I know. They have a nice big trailer and they do not tie your horse up. plus they have hay and water the entire trip. You can reach them any time because you get the office number and a cell number. I will use them every time. They are good honest horse people.
