Don't Wanna Make This Awkward
Posts: 3106
Location: Texas | I figured it will be easier to just have its own thread! So post stuff that you need/want, and a little about you!!
I think I would really like something for my horse, maybe a PHT halter or some bot stuff, if they have anything under $50, please do not buy me something if you are uncomfortable paying the price, If you want to make me something or give me something you already have, used or not that is fine. I am 18 and like typical girly teenager stuff. If you want to get me a gift card I shop at TSC alot or for clothes pacsun, forever 21, target, places like that. Im really not too picky. I would really prefer something for my horse though, maybe a gift certificate for tack, or splint boots(white/black) sz med, sz lg bell boots(have to be no turn).
So everyone please post something so everyone can atleast have an idea for something :)
Also please include the following:
Horses Name(s): Other pets names, breed and collar size: Favorite color: Favorite print(ex.Zebra): Favorite scent: Clothing size(optional): Favorite candy: Do you collect anything?: Any food allergies?: Other random helpful things we should know: Dislikes:
***please post a favorite picture or two of your horse or other pets.

Location: Oklahoma | I'll post here... I'm 31 with an almost 6 year old daughter and I'm a newly wed. Black and turquoise are our barn colors. I like to cook, drink wine or margaritas, anything mexican food. I have a beagle/lab mix puppy and an austrailan shepherd. We have one horse (the buckskin stallion in my avatar). We just moved to the OKC area. I'm not overly picky... I would blingy tack/conchos as mine is all non blinged... My stallion loves carrots and cookies. My daughter wants to start riding more and I'm gonna lose the horse to her one of these days. Horse name: Duncan Dogs: Cinch 20" collar (Aussie) Cheyenne 14" collar (mutt) Daughter: Devyn I wear xl in sweatshirts (like them a little big) Love turquoise and black and zebra print

HAHA... my husband says the same thing... The way I look at it is Black and Turquoise are universal colors that look good on any color of horse, so I tell my husband it means I don't have to buy as much... I have one tack set... bought it in 2009... and it's black stingray with no bling so the hubby can use it... So... yes... black and turquoise it is!

Location: Oregon | I posted on the other thread already - but figured I'd add it to this thread too:
I'm new to the exchange, so anything would be awesome, but here are some ideas
I'm 26, racing one older gelding named Kawea and bringing along a younger mare who will start futurities in December whose name is Blitz. Kawea's color is turquoise and Blitz's is lime green. I also have a retired gelding named Tucker, who is the one in orange. I have a 2 year old yellow lab named Tiffany who is a midget (only 40 lbs) and a 7 year old blue heeler named Jordan (also right around 40 lbs) who are the 2 dogs near the top of the dog picture. Things I need/want/like: PHT anything, Saddle crosses (blingy), leather split reins, german martingale, no turn bell boots (Large), sore no more anything, mohair cinches (size 32-34), horse treats (my horses especially love "nicker makers" brand), love scensys (favorite scents are "fall" type scents - pumpkin/cinnamon/vanilla/spices/etc), western dΓ©cor for new house being built, hoodies - especially ones that have to do with barrel racing (womens size med), starbucks hot chocolate, and I LOVE my Oregon State Beavers! Love most candy - especially chocolate. Just found pumpkin spice M&M's and love them!!
I'm pretty easy to please - no real dislikes... Not a huge fan of pink or animal prints but not opposed to them if used tastefully.

Location: Near San Antonio, TX | I will post! I am excited, I just found out my Christmas exchange buddy today, so I hope she posts here!
I am 33, I have a 5 year old daughter, a husband and 3 horses. I love anything horsey. Grooming stuff is good. I do need a new hay bag, my dog kinda chewed a piece off and I still use it. LOL A hay bag would be nice... I love anything pink and anything camo, or pink AND camo! I love to cook, and I love wine. I love stuff that smells good, candles, shower gels, etc. I love bling and blingy jewelry. I am a Christian and I wear size small. I have a cross wall at home, so a pretty cross where I can always remember my santa exchange buddy would be neat. Cute tops are always nice too.
I am easy!

| I'm 26 years old and I recently graduated from Cosmetology school. I just got engaged and my fiancee and I are in the process of buying an older farmhouse on 60+ acres.. I have a blue merle border collie and just one horse currently, a black QH gelding. They are my whole world. My favorite color is turquoise and I LOVE bling. I love anything westerny, especially stuff that is tooled or looks like it is tooled leather. I don't like knick-knacks (dust collectors) unless it's something westerny. I love photography, cooking and traveling. I love anything Texas-ish and I LOVE longhorns. Ranch Royalty/Sissie and Me is one of my favorite places to shop. I love that style. I really dig those new western headbands that are in style and big earrings. (Silver jewelry, no gold)
Please don't buy me clothes because I'm awkwardly tall and hard to fit.

| Ok, I don't really like talking about myself and i'm not real good at it either but... for the sake of whoever ended up with me....
I like anything horse related, I usually stick with black, no yellow(it's bad luck). I hunt, no fishing, hike, run, and rodeo regularly. I don't necessarily need anything but enjoy everything. I'm a wino(have you ever looked up the definition of wino-funny) so anything wine related I'm happy, like candles - lavender, leather, berries, nothing sweet. All about anything that can make me laugh (i'm very hard to offend so don't worry about that). I like about anything that doesn't involve spiders, snakes, or fanny packs!

I am 41 and have been married for 20 years we have a 17 year old son and a 14 year old daughter. My daughter and I both barrel race, my son rides bulls and hubby team ropes when he can. Our kids are also involved in basketball, volleyball, baseball, and badminton. I work full time and we farm and ranch. We are very busy but love being involved with our kids. We have a "almost" 3lb yorkie that is 5. I love to shop!! Fashion Jewlery, clothes, shoes you name it. LOL I love anything with crosses and love barn wood home decor. I love western anything. My favorite colors are brown and turquoise.

I LOVE BLING and BEADED TACK!!!!!

Location: NC | I'm 26. Married with 2 little ones, 4 & 11 months. My favorite colors are purple & turquoise. I collect grooming stuff like crazy! Seems like every time I see a brush I HAVE to have it. I wish PHT or BOT had things under $50. LOL.
I love cadet style hats, earrings, and bling. I wear an XL in unisex tshirts. (Don't really wear the fitted style shirts much anymore...lol)
I'm not very picky. Just as long as I don't get anything neon pink or covered in glitter I'll be happy. LOL Rhinestones are fine though! Useful things are GREAT for me! And I love nylon tack. You can never have enough one ear headstalls or breastcollars. :)

Location: Augusta, KS | I'm 21, I love wine and coffee. I have two horses and could really use a nice set of split reins. I also have two Aussies that are like my children (jax and Oakley). I'm really wanting to start reining, but I know little about it and I can't afford a trainer or lessons, so I've been researching books and dvd's.
I'm not like most 21 year olds, lol, I own a house and a landscaping business and all my friends are like... 40 :) I don't do much bling and I'm super hard to buy clothes for because I'm a midget and have like a 6 inch abdomen. Lol
Please don't feel like you need to spend much on me :) I'm just excited to have a gift somebody put a little thought into... All my family does is cash and gift cards so I'm not used to actually having something to unwrap!
Wanted to add, my first year doing the gift exchange I was 15, and all I wanted to do was high school rodeo, but my parents were unsupportive to say the least. My partner gave me the pair of reins my mom refused to buy for me and a book on college rodeo. It was the most meaningful gift I've ever received, and I still use those reins :) I wish I could remember who my partner was, i didn't appreciate at the time how thoughtful that woman was. And I just got all emotional, I love you guys :)
