I have been doing so great but that last couple of days, not so much. My body is starving and my sugar is dropping. I am not diabetic but if I go to long without eating my body falls apart. Here is what I have been eating and you tell what I can do different to help the situation. My head has been hurting also.

Morning: eggs, fruit
Lunch: Salad, Meat (pork chops, chicken etc)
Snack: Nuts
Dinner: Meat, veggies
Snack: Fruit

I have been having tea with stevia also in the mornings and drinking water threw-out the day.

Thanks, for any advice.

What is your calorie intake? What about a baked sweet potato? Add a salad to your dinner too. What was your diet like before, is this a big change?

Big change, oh yes it is. Went from fast food to healthy. I'm not sure of my calorie intake. We make sweet potatoes a couple times a week for dinner.

Paleo doesn't count calories, however if I were you I would up my fat a little. You can also eat more since you are eating healthy foods.   Do you like avocados? It will take some time for your body to adjust however for me, I felt drained the first week or so, then my body felt amazing. Heathy changes always take time. I made mugcakes with almond butter as a great snack at night to help with sugar cravings.

I agree..
I am unsure what kind of fruit you are referring too but almond butter ( not the stuff with the added sugar)  spread on a fresh cut apple is yummy

I would eat more protein at night

I don't think you're eating enough. I eat when I'm hungry.

I always have protein with my fruit (which is usually bacon). It will keep your sugar levels stay level and will keep you from getting hungry too soon.

I eat a lot more since I've gone Paleo. Wish I had gone on this eating lifestyle years ago.

I try and eat an avocado a day.  If they are little soft in your hands before you peel they are ripe.  I peel it like an orange cut off the top then peel away the skin.  YUMMY on a hamburger patty  and chicken on my!!!  A little garlic powder and salt and pepper and YUMMY!!!

Sounds like you are hypoglycemic. I use to get headaches and light headed if I didn't eat enough before I went on the Paleo Lifestyle.
I don't have that problem anymore.

There are some really good Paleo pages on FB too. One of my favorite recipies is a pancake made by smashing one banana and 2 eggs together. Make like any other pancake. Sounds like you need to eat more

I just started back a week ago. We had done Paleo before and I didn't have this trouble. I am just hoping it was just the shock to my body and it would go away.

I started the Whole30 last Monday...first half of the week was rough! As others have suggested, you need more fat! I've had to up my meal sizes because I was feeling hungry way too much. Eat bigger meals, and you shouldn't feel so hungry.

http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf

This has really helped me, my headaches went away by the end of last week, and I feel 10 times better!

My son is hypoglycemic.  I would guess you're not getting enough fat, and you need to up your complex carbs a little also.  More veggies, less fruit.  Are there any kinds of grains or pseudo grains you can eat on the paleo plan?  We do a lot of brown rice and quinoa.  It's all about balance.  Carbs should always be eaten with a good amount of protein, and a little fat added for balance and nutrient absorbtion.  Everyone's system is different and you'll have to experiment with different ratios and food combinations to find out what works.  We use cheese quite a bit successfully to balance carb intake, so you might have to modify what you're doing, at least until your body adjusts.
