Location: hot, humid and dry...Gulf coast East of Houston.. | I saw someone posted about an app that you turn on when you ride alone, that sends an alarm to you if the phone is still for a minute, and then if you dont shut it off, it alerts preset contacts that your phone has not moved for a certain amount of time, and gives you the coordinates of the phone. Do any of you know what its called? I think it may have been designed for runners but riders use it as well. |

| I believe it is called Rider Alert. My friend uses this and has encouraged me to get it as I ride alone alot. Just had a horse buck me off and break some ribs. I was home alone and could barely get in the house to the phone. I should have had my cell phone with me and normally do ride with it. But the one time I don't.....anyway I believe I will invest in this app and keep my phone with me from now on when I ride! |

There is no one there sometimes, and I was concerned about her today when I called to check on her and she didnt answer. She had her hands full whith a wheel barrel, pushing it through mud. She did call me back a few minutes later, as I was getting in my truck to rive over there. I am going to download it on her phone. Thanks |
