Who has read the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series and the new Wicked series?
I think I want to be Stephanie Plum when I grow up.
I was looking through Amazon the other day and I thought I had read all of the Plum books and it looks like number 20 is about to come out, I think I might have missed 18 or 19. I've also read the Between the Plum books I also read Wicked Appetite but did not know Wicked Business was already out.
I've also recently read most of the J.D. Robb "In Death" series.

Location: California | Takedown Twenty came out last week...I bought it but haven't gotten very far. I loved the beginning of the series, but can't really get into this one. I have some time off this week and am hoping to read it. I loved how funny the first ones were...gosh #4 and 8 had me crying I was laughing so bad. 19 had one really funny part. I haven't read the Wicked series yet, but hear they are good. |

You should listen to the audio book of the series sometime!! I've missed a few of the older ones, might have to break down and read a book; usually listen when I'm out riding! I liked the Kate Buckholder Series by Linda Castillo, Amish murder mysteries.

I have read Wicked by Gregory Maguire... The book that spawned the musical that was very successful recently. I liked it, though I couldn't get into the other novel of his I bought (I think it was Mirror Mirror). |

I'm going to have to go get it and see if I've read 19 too. I might have some holiday reading to catch up on |

Location: where ever my L/Q trl is parked | I have re-read J.D. Robb "In Death" series 4 times now and even bought the audio books. The series is a mystery/romance type. The heroine is a homicide Lieutenant in NY during 2059. There are 35 books in the series...love them. The author aka Nora Roberts. I read lots of different author's, but she is my one favorite.
I just started reading a series by Robert B. Parker. |

Another Linda Castillo fan! Sixpatches and I are always chatting about the Kate Burkholder books. Have you read any of her back list? They are more romance and are a little cheesy, but Overkill is good. I think it was her last romance before she started the Kate series. It has a short barrel racing scene that is kind of fun. Linda has run barrels before so she wrote it well! |

Location: Eatonville, wa | Love the plum series! Have read everything Janet Evanovich has written.
Love reading, I go through a book or 2 a day right now (best way to kill time waiting for morning sickness to go away.)
James Patterson's Witch and Wizard series is what I am going through right now.
Fave authors are C.L Bevill, Jana Deleon, Deana Chase and Amanda quick |

Location: the end of the rainbow | Love to read. Haven't bought any new books recently, hubby put a ban on any new real books & I broke my kindle. The last in the Janet Evanovitch series I read was 13, took a break for a couple of years & I'm ready to read a couple more now. Love Dean Koontz, Patricia Cornwell, like Gregory McGuire (or however you spell it). The J.D. Robb In Death series someone mentioned is pretty good & I like Nora Roberts romances too. I own a copy of every Dick Francis book & re-read them regularly. I've always liked Mercedes Lackey (fantasy fiction) & Anne McCaffrey. Robert Heinlein is my favorite sci fi writer & I own a copy of all of his books too. David Eddings series of books are good fantasy fiction & when I'm in the mood for a good cry a Nicholas Sparks books never lets me down.
Hubby says I'm a compulsive reader. I will read just about anything. I can think of worse things to be. . |

Thanks, I will have to do some searching on the internet since my library doesn't have these. It's always harder but I really do enjoy listening to them.
Hey I just cleaned pens while listening to a good book!! |
