| I think if I put on a show, I would find those who do a lot of travel and try and get girls who both do it all themselves and those who have a lot of help. I think it would also add a good twist to have some more local barrel racers who are trying to make it. Emphasize what it takes to be successful.
I think there is enough realistic drama with injuries, truck trouble, weather, etc and the suspense speaks for itself I think if the real story is told. |

BUT.........they didn't "exploit" THAT part and the jockeys .....they made a "decent" show about the sport.......AND apparently, it SOLD for two or three seasons......they didn't have to "trash it up" !!!! |

Location: High heels in the air... | There is plenty of drama in rodeo...I am guessing most contestants would prefer to do the job at hand and keep a low profile...pretty and drama sells..maybe a show about the single bull riders and the buckle bunnies!!! |

| I would love to have a show following some of the riders on the NFR trail. Pretty much all of the ladies that have been in the top 20 the last few years.
I would also love to see a show follow around some serious "weekend warriors". How do they make it work and be serious about competing with a normal job and family. |

Now that was a interesting show, loved it and they even had Davey Jones on it, I think that was the show that we got to see him ride in. |

To me, that looks more high end fashion shoot than tabloid. Artsy and what not. |

There was a video made a few years back called Turn and Burn that did this... I liked watching it but unfortunately something like that is only popular to a limited audience and that is why they don't do it more often... I think that we all have a pretty selection to watch these days on the internet at least. |

Location: North Dakota | I would love to see them jumping in airplanes to get from rodeo to rodeo and the hectic schedule they keep with meetings with sponsors, rehabbing injured horses, keeping horses legged up while on the road, training young ones in between rodoes, etc. There was a short clip on FB that followed Brittany Pozzi from a rodeo to the Diamonds In Dirt futurity and her getting on a private jet and getting picked up at the airport to be taken to the arena. It was really good and I wanted to see so much more! |
