I have a few older caballos that we inherited from some family that are needing a ltttle extra weight.
What are your suggestions to add a little extra to their bellies and shine to their coats?
They have been wormed, get fed twice a day and have a round bale of bramuda hay.

Gleam and Gain Supreme 60 from Adeptus. It's a great way to put cool calories on a horse and I've personally used it with great success!

Anything fatty will add weight and shine. Flax. Rice bran. Oil. BOSS. The omegas add shine.

1 pound of rice bran, 1 cup of ground flax, and 1 cup of canola oil. Work up to that amount slowly.

First, kill all the turkeys on your property....

After that, Max E Glo by mannapro is awesome, so is beet pulp, and just lots of yummy hay!

But seriously, check your turkey situation.

Good quality grass hay, add in some protein- alfalfa or something like Ultium, and grooming. Nothing better to bring out the shine in a horse's coat like good old fashioned elbow grease with a brush.
