| It is called zoombang technology, the pad is called the Zone pad and is made by classic equine. We loved this pad for the first ten months we had it, and then it compressed in spots, specially in the withers:(. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem. |

Location: North Dakota | ^^^yep zoombang is right! we've had one this summer! used it hard at least 4 days a week and it shows no wear or compression, I think the compression may come in if your saddle doesn't fit ok?.. |

| Saddle fits good. It is used on hubby's hard stopping, hard holding heel horse. The compression is mostly InThe front of the withers, I suspect from when things come tight on the heel end the saddle is pulled downwards and forwards. Regardless of saddle fit, the technology states that it should never compress. Was just wondering if anybody else had had this problem. |

Yes!!! Im actually very disappointed in the pad because they are so expensive you'd think they'd last a while. My saddle fits pretty good too and I have compressed areas where your saying yours is. At the start of summer the pad fit amazing. Im thinking of calling Equibrand to see if they'd take it back. |

Location: Smack in the middle of WA! | I used one this summer and it ended up leaving white patches on my mare in the shape of the zoombang material. Yes my saddle fits as I had my mare fitted. I was getting perfect sweat marks on her back with no dry patches at all with it. Thankfully the white hairs have gone away! Wasn't at all impressed with it! |

| Hubby gave me one for Christmas last year for my heading horse. After one summer it is compressed very badly, not at all impressed enough for the money it cost! |

Location: North Dakota | If you guys are having that much trouble I would definitely call or email classic equine. I've had very good luck in the past with them "doing right" by me. I'm actually surprised I'm one of the few without problems with this pad. |

| Glad to know we aren't the only ones who have had trouble. Hubby loved it soooo much at first he has been considering getting another as we were thinking maybe it was just a bummed pad. I won't be letting him now. His horse had also developed a lot of white hair where the pad goes. I wonder if the material doesn't breathe well leading to these white hairs. Any feedback on csi pads for roping? |

Location: Weatherford, Texas | Well darn! Thanks for the info but now I am back to the drawing board for the SO.
He has a calf roping mare (and luckiest barrel horse ever- 6 runs 3 buckles, 4 checks- only times she has seen the barrels). But anyway- she gets sore so we were hoping that it may help. Saddle fits great- fit for her- but she slides and then takes the hit in the slide.
Anyone know of someone who could make a custom rope can by Christmas? |
