| I did it twice, the second time has been with Judi. LOVE it!!! It is literally the only thing that's worked for me. I tried several other diets and gained weight or couldnt' get below a certain number. Within a few weeks I was below that number with medifast. And Judi is a fantastic coach! Unfortunately I've had some gastrointestinal issues that have kept me from doing it the last few months (nothing that has to do with medifast, I was sick and ended up with c-diff) and so I haven't been doing it. I'm getting ready to try to get back on it in January. |

Location: North Dakota | I just started it today through my Bariatric doctor. I was on Optifast since the end of Oct (lost about 30lbs) but I'm so sick of the food I gag every time I try to eat, so I started the Medifast today due to the greater variety. |

Please know that this program is nutritionally complete, you get everything you need nutrionally so the cravings go away! You are NOT hungry, because you eat so much. That is my biggest problem with my people is getting them to eat ALL the food every day as that is key to being successful. This is real food, no powders, pills, or magic potions. |

| This was the ONLY program that really worked for me. Lost 30 lbs. and felt great.
I used to be a health coach but due to time constraints I haven't kept up with the coaching part.
If you have a chance to work with a good coach this program is awesome. I highly recommend it! |

YES, we have LOTS of choices for a chocoholic...chocolate bars, brownies, chocolate shakes, chocolate pudding, choc chip pancakes, hot cocoa...and the list goes on!! As well as lots of other choices if you arent into chocolate |
